Science fiction superfans Saturday evening crowned Megan Fox the queen of their film genre, honoring the hottie actress along with a group of her sci-fi peers at Spike TV’s “Scream 2009″ festival for their contributions to the zombie-loving world of sci-fi.

The 2009 Scream Awards commemorate all things sci-fi, fantasy, horror and comic book. The show tapes today but will premiere on Spike TV on Tuesday, October 27 @ 10PM ET/PT.

Megan Fox was spotted out and about searching for a house in Santa Monica yesterday (July 11). Megan and boyfriend Brian Austin Green have been looking for a new place for a few months now, with some gossip mags saying they’ve been looking at apartments with an ocean view because Megan loves the beach and spotting dolphins. On this particular trip, Brian did not accompany her, but she had a realtor to show her around. They looked at a number of homes with prices in the two to three million range.
Megan has recently returned from the trip to Paris to check out the new collections at the Paris Fashion Week.
