Taylor Swift was one of the many performers to rock out at the V Festival in at Hylands Park in Chelmsford, Essex yesterday (August 22). Dressed in a sleeveless black dress, Taylor played the guitar and sang some of her greatest hits to an appreciative crowd and thousands of her fans. Other acts that day were Razorlight, The Specials, Lily Allen, The Script, Taylor Swift, Snow Patrol, Elbow, James, Biffy Clyro, James Morrison, and Ocean Colour Scene.

Taylor was recently featured in a promotional music video for the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, alongside Katy Perry, Russell Brand, and Ne-Yo. The VMAs will be aired on September 13, and Taylor has been nominated in the Best Female Video category.
