Last Thursday night, Disney darling Selena Gomez was spotted at the UNICEF Ball held at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills.
Selena Gomez looked glamorous and stunning at the UNICEF ball in her magenta silk gown. The 17-year-old actress was appointed UNICEF’s Trick-Or-Treat ambassador for the second year in a row earlier this year and recently made a trip to Ghana with the organization.
Miss Gomez also made a trip to Ghana with UNICEF, showing that she’s not just about the glitz and glamour of swanky events, but also cares about doing the dirty work too!
As she told Reuters, “Every day 25,000 children die from preventable causes. I stand with UNICEF in the belief that we can change that number from 25,000 to zero. I know we can achieve this because every moment. UNICEF is on the ground providing children with the lifesaving assistance needed to ensure zero becomes a reality.”
