The kickoff of this year’s Los Angeles Shorts Festival saw the auspicious debut of actresses Scarlett Johansson and Courteney Cox as directors. Courteney’s piece, The Monday Before Thanksgiving, was produced in conjunction with Glamour magazine.
Of her experience directing her piece, The Vagabond Shoes, Scarlett gushed, “I have never been so happy as I was behind the camera. It’s something I always wanted to do.”
The 24-year-old actress recently just wrapped up the filming of Iron Man 2, where she played Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow. Stills of the upcoming movie were released, which featured Gwyneth Paltrow, Robert Downey Jr. and Mickey Rourke.
Scarlett Johansson used to be the sexyest woman in Hollywood, but a lot has changed… Here she is at the 2009 LA Shorts Fest dressed like an old lady….
