The Nominees for the 67th Annual Golden Globes were announced in the same day by Justin Timberlake and nuestra actriz Española favorita, Penelope Cruz, was nominated in the Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Motion Picture category for Nine.
Her competition in the category includes: Vera Farmiga (Up In The Air), Anna Kendrick (Up In The Air), Mo’Nique (Precious), and Julianne Moore (A Single Man).
We’d say her chances look pretty good! Cruz is, after all, an Oscar winner! She received an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress in Vicky Christina Barcelona. Do you think she’ll take home the Golden Globe for her sexy role as a mistress in Nine? The one thing we do know is that Javier Bardem is sure to be her date!
