Miley Cyrus was spotted out having lunch at Mo’s Restaurant with mom Tish in Toluka Lake yesterday (August 8). Miley is currently spending some quality time with her family during a break from shooting her new film The Last Song. The women ate at Mo’s, then headed over to Starbucks for coffee. Miley obliged some fans by posing for photos with them.

Meanwhile, this is very creepy new: A 53-year-old man claiming to be Miley’s biggest fan has been arrested for the second time from around the set of her new movie as the sicko was reportedly trying to contact his “crush”. We feel concerned for Miley and hope this weirdo stays away from her for good this time.
