Lindsay Lohan was spotted visiting a hair salon in Malibu on her 23rd birthday on Thursday, July 2nd. Lindsay was getting her hair done in preparation for a day of celebrations with girlfriend Samantha Ronson. The pair were seen all dressed up while they had pizza for lunch at Tra Di Noi restaurant at Malibu. Reportedly, Ronson was ill at the time but still managed to find the energy to accompany Lindsay at lunch.
For dinner, Lindsay partied with her friends at restaurant Cecconi’s in West Hollywood. Lindsay later Tweeted that she had a fabulous time with her friends, but missed her mother, grandmother and siblings.
