Kristen teamed the silk and satin floor-length frock with heels from Bally and a H.Stern diamond bracelet.
But the 19-year-old was missing her favorite accessory, boyfriend and Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson – who did not attend the Oscars this year.
Kristen and her Twilight co-star Taylor Lautner were presenters at the star-studded event and paid tribute to the past year’s horror films.
