Kate Winslet hosted the Lancome and Harper’s Bazaar pre-BAFTA Awards party at St Martin’s Lane Hotel in London yesterday (February 19). The actress wore an elegant low-cut sleeveless black frock with matching black heels. The BAFTA Awards will be held tomorrow (February 21) at the Royal Opera House in London’s Covent Garden. Kate will be among a stellar group of presenters that will also include Robert Pattinson, Claire Danes, Uma Thurman, Dustin Hoffman, Clive Owen, Matt Dillon and Jonathan Rhys-Meyers.
Meanwhile, Kate’s Titanic co-star Leonardo DiCaprio recently told Esquire about their long friendship, “Kate Winslet is one of my dearest friends. We have the ultimate trust in each other and the best of intentions for what we want to do. I knew Kate before Sam Mendes even met her.”
