Beauty comes at a price for some, and for Hilary Duff it came in the form of a parking ticket. While Hilary got beautified at Ken Paves’ salon in Beverly Hills, her car was being ticketed for an expired meter.
She’s currently splitting time between L.A. and NYC filming her new movie, Business of Falling in Love, along with her work on Gossip Girl.

She will play the role of a young fashionable magazine columnist who writes about her dating struggles in the city. According to U.K.’s Daily Mail, the plot of the story is very similar to ‘Sex and the City’.
