Cute actress Emmy Rossum was spotted at the Katsuya restaurant, which specializes in Japanese food. She was wearing a lovely black dress with perfectly matching white top, holding hands with two people I could not identify. Emmy has been a personal favorite of mine since watching “The Phantom of the Opera”.

Emmy is the official spokesperson for PiNKiTUDE, which is a charity that shares breast health messages with young women all over the world. She also currently Columbia University. Very cute AND smart, we can’t ask for a better combination.
