Demi Lovato attended the TV show “Good Morning America” and speaks up about her father’s death on Thursday (27th June, 2013). She also launched her new project, the Lovato Treatment Scholarship Program at the show.
The music megastar talked about the recent passing of her dad. She said to Robin Roberts, “I’m handling it okay, my father and I didn’t have the most ideal relationship. But at the end of the day, heâ€™s still my dadâ€¦heâ€™s a wonderful person. Itâ€™s difficultâ€¦Iâ€™m handling it okay.”
Tweeting about the dad’s death she wrote on Twitter, “I believe that everything happens for a reason and I want some good to come out of my father’s passing…”
During the interview, The X Factor judge discussed about a Lovato scholarship program to help folks with mental illness get the treatment they need. She said, “They have stood by me through everything that I’ve been through in my life…I’ve had incredible support from them and they can help me get through anything.”
Just few hours ago she tweeted about it, “So I am launching the Lovato Treatment Scholarship Program to help pay for treatment expenses at Cast Recovery for someone who needs help.”
On Her way of studio of Good Morning America, Demi was seen to signed autographs and posed for photos with her fans.
The day before, Demi Lovato spotted to walking through Los Angeles International airport on Wednesday.
