Filling in the slot left vacant by Matt Damon at the OneXOne charity event in San Francisco, California on Thursday, October 22, Charlize Theron managed to sell her kiss to a female fan for $140,000. The winning bidder’s identity wasn’t made public though.
The actress, who romanced Christina Ricci in Monster, helped take over hosting duties at the OneXOne charity event in San Francisco, California after Matt Damon pulled out at the last minute – and she made the evening’s auction a memorable one for one female fan.
To sweeten the deal, she offered up a seven-second kiss for $130,000 to a male bidder, but a woman in the audience quickly bettered the deal with a $140,000 bid.
Theron is in a long-term relationship with actor Stuart Townsend, 36. ‘My boyfriend is not here tonight,’ she joked before a smooch that lasted 20 seconds.

“For f*** sake! You can do better,” Charlize tells attendees. “There is no way I am leaving here with Jeremy Piven getting a higher bid. I’ve got t**** for God’s sake.”
