Cameron Diaz is planning to marry her model beau Paul Sculfor – after the pair took their relationship to the next level by deciding to live together.
The couple – who began dating early last year – are said to be having such a “wonderful time” cohabiting, they want to make their relationship official.
A source says, “Cameron and Paul are having a wonderful time and don’t want to spoil it by pushing things, but they have used the m-word occasionally.
“They’re playing house in a serious way – both openly admit marriage scares them but they are very much in love and the subject has come up.
“They have plans for another round of family meetings in the near future and the betting is that a proposal is imminent.
