Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson always has to keep an eye on her business affairs.

And earlier today (April 19), the “Big Girls Don’t Cry” songstress was spotted heading into an office building in New York City for a big meeting.

During a recent interview, Fergie confessed that while she always looks top-notch for the cameras, she has a battle with see-sawing weight.

“I kind of go on a five pound fluctuation every year. It’s just either up or down a couple pounds. It’s just usually how I live. I don’t know if that’s good for you but that’s the way it is.”

The “Black Eyed Peas” babe headed for her chauffeured car, but not before showing off her gorgeous gams in a colorful dress, matching blazer and sexy strappy black stilettos.

The 36-year-old undoubtedly has one of Hollywood’s fittest figures, and hubby Josh Duhamel has just revealed that Fergie’s petite physique comes from their competitive workout regimens, telling, “She’s likely to say, ‘Let’s do one more mile,’ and every time she finishes a workout she says, ‘The glory is mine!’ meaning she actually got up and did it.”

The “Transformers” star says it helps to keep both of their body’s and their marriage in tip-top shape. “We motivate each other. She pushes me, and I push her,” he said, adding that, “It’s something that we’ve always done for each other, whether it’s working out or in our life together. We’re compatible in that way.”

Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson was the center of attention at Avon’s 125th Celebration Believe World Tour event at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Wednesday (April 6).

The “Black Eyed Peas” leading lady looked gorgeous in a black ensemble paired with a colorful blazer as she posed for pictures alongside Avon’s Chairmen and CEO, Andrea Jung, as well as Avon rep, Donna Reid-Mitchell.

Making for the sixth of sixteen stops on the Avon tour, New York Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg proudly proclaimed April 6, 2011 as “Avon’s 125th Anniversary Day” in honor of the celebratory affair.

In related news, continuing to help the world one day at a time, Fergie and her “Black Eyed Peas” bandmates have a created a special t-shirt to raise money for disadvantaged children across the world.

Teaming up with Aeropostale, the group has designed a limited edition garment and will be sold with the help of their Peapod Foundation, which helps provide education, shelter and healthcare for youngsters.

Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson was thrown a birthday bash at Bellagio in Las Vegas on Friday night (March 25).

The Black Eyed Peas singer – who turns 36-years-old on March 27th – was joined by pals including Dan Caten as the group started things off with a fancy dinner at Yellowtail restaurant.

From there, Fergie and her fellow revelers made their way to the hotel’s nightclub The Bank for drinks, dancing and a cake presentation.

The birthday festivities come shortly after Fergie’s husband, Josh Duhamel, came to her defense upon rumors of plastic surgery following his ladie’s appearance on “American Idol”.

Of the rumors, Josh said, “It’s amazing. You put a different color on your lips and, uh, rumors fly. But she’s the same, she’s the same Fergie… I sleep right next to her every night. I like it. I thought she looked amazing.”

Fergie and Josh Duhamel were spotted at the Eden Roc Hotel in St Barts on Tuesday (January 4).

The “Black Eyed Peas” leading lady and her “When in Rome” hubby arrived back at their luxurious digs where Josh promptly threw on his bathing suit and puffed on a cigarette on the balcony.

Last night, the cute couple enjoyed a night together on Nikki Beach and looked to be having a marvelous time.

At one point, Fergie and Josh stopped to chat and take pictures with a few fans who approached them for autographs.

The lovely couple was spotted arriving on land to head to dinner at ‘Le Ti St Barth’ with the Black Eyed Peas showing off her figure in see through dress overtop a two piece swimsuit.

Following another busy year for the pair, Fergie made the trip to St Barts with her man following co-hosting efforts on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.

Held in Times Square, the 35-year-old spent much of the evening alongside Jennifer Hudson with the show featuring performances by Willow Smith, Avril Lavigne, Ke$ha and many other top acts.

Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson was on-hand to launch Avon Voices at Avon Global Headquarters in New York City on Wednesday (December 1).

Looking colorful in a hot pink jacket with a black top and matching trousers, the “I Gotta Feeling” hitmaker was joined by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Avon Products, Andrea Jung, and songwriter Diane Warren.

As for the launch, Avon Voices is the company’s first ever global online singing talent search and songwriting competition.

The event comes as Fergie has been promoting her new Black Eyed Peas album “The Beginning” – which was released just yesterday.
