Summertime Ball is a concert held every year, in the Summer, by 95.8
Capital FM. The first Summertime Ball was at Emirates Stadium while the second will be held at Wembley Stadium. Headline acts have included Dizzee Rascal, Katy Perry, Kelly Clarkson, Akon and Leona Lewis. Some consider the Capital FM Summertime Ball to be evolved from Global Radio’s Party in the Park that took place in 2005 as a fundraiser. Summertime Ball is back on the 6th June 2010 at Wembley Stadium, London.
