Lindsay Lohan isn’t sweating it too much.

The “Mean Girls” actress appeared in a new video on the “Jimmy Kimmel Live” program in which she pokes fun at her legal woes.

Kimmel promotes a parody workout video called “Jimmy K’s Hottie Body Humpilates” including endorsements from babes like Jessica Biel, Minka Kelly, and Scarlett Johansson.

At the end of the clip, Jimmy states it’s “so affordable it’s practically a steal,” after which LiLo adds, “Allegedly.”

Lindsay Lohan was spotted at the Kari Feinstein Academy Awards Style Lounge yesterday (February 25).

The “Mean Girls” actress looked to be in good spirits, despite her current legal woes, as she arrived at the shindig sporting a white long sleeved top and black trousers.

A few hours later, Lindsay took to her Twitter page to share a picture of her freshly-made culinary creation.

She tweeted, “Enjoying a night home with my family w/a delicious meal #madebyLindsayLohan,” along with a snapshot of a pasta dish.

Lindsay Lohan ventured out to visit with her former lawyer, Blair Berk, in Beverly Hills on Thursday (February 24).

Joined by her mother Dina, the two ladies looked to be in high spirits as they popped into the legal office to discuss the “Mean Girls” star’s upcoming hearing regarding her grand theft and probation violation charges.

As previously reported by GossipCenter, Lindsay entered a not guilty plea to the felony grand theft count and now has until March 10th to decide whether to accept a plea deal (and receive certain jail time) or take her chances by going to trial.

According to TMZ, Miss Lohan was advised to lean on her former attorney by her current lawyer, Shawn Holley, as Miss Berk represented her in two DUI cases which led to the probation violation.

Joined by her mother Dina, the “Mean Girls” starlet took cover alongside her younger brother as the trio headed off to Whole Foods for their household shopping needs.

As for her court hearing, Lindsay ended up getting a continuance for a new date in front of the judge set for March 10th at 8:30 a.m.

Miss Lohan ended up getting a stern warning from Judge Schwartz, who told the troubled actress that he’ll send her to jail if she enters a plea deal on the grand theft charges.

Schwartz told, “I don’t care that you’re Lindsay Lohan. One of the things about me is that I treat everybody the same. What I look to in sentencing is, ‘What is the prior record?’ In this particular case, there has been so much speculation in the press [that] I’m just going to tell you a couple of things: If you plead in front of me, you are going to jail. There might be an issue about the amount of time, but if the case settles here, you will be going to jail.”

Afterwards, Lindsay seemed certain she’d be going to trial, as she continued to deny stealing the $2,500 necklace.

Lindsay’s court date, Dina Lohan was spotted arriving in Los Angeles yesterday (February 21).

The “Living Lohan” mom made the flight from the East Coast all the way to LA along with her three kids Ali, Michael Jr., and Cody.

According to Radar, the whole Lohan clan is staying at LiLo’s swanky pad in Venice Beach – well, all except Papa Michael Lohan.

He’s busy filming a commercial for the in-patient rehab center Inspirations down in sunny Florida.

Lindsay tweeted, “The reports i was at teddys are inaccurate…I was just at roosevelt to meet Samantha and say happy birthday to a friend. i take my sobriety seriously. please dont believe this accusations. i know the rules and i wouldnt risk probation. xoxo L.”

Lindsay Lohan made her way to court for an initial appearance on Wednesday afternoon (February 9).

The “Mean Girls” actress was arraigned at Airport Courthouse in Los Angeles, as she was clad in a white dress while joined by legal staffers and security personnel while readying to face Judge Keith Schwartz.

As was expected, Lohan entered a ‘not guilty’ plea with a bond being set at $40,000 with the order that she be remanded to sheriff’s custody.

Continuing to lecture Lindsay about staying out of trouble and the heftiness of a felony charge, Judge Schwartz set the next court date for February 23rd while saying, “You’re no different than anyone else … please don’t push your luck.”

The actress’ lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, then tried to have bond paid immediately – but she was denied that option while being told that procedure must be the same in this case as all others.

As previously reported by putu, the case stems from the fact that LiLo is accused of lifting a $2500 necklace from Kamofie & Company, though she vehemently insists that it was a loan.

According to TMZ, sources tell that Miss Lohan is pleading not guilty tomorrow, as she supposedly said, “I honestly feel I did nothing wrong.”

The 24-year-old is said to have added, “I’m pleading not guilty because I’m NOT!”

Lindsay Lohan braved the rain as she ventured out on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles on Sunday (January 30).

Joined by a gal pal, the “Mean Girls” starlet was bundled up as she hit up the popular Fred Segal boutique for a midday shopping session.

Taking to her Twitter account throughout the day, LiLo repeatedly posted her excitement over getting a mention on Nicki Minaj’s new tune “I’m the Best”.

Fresh out of rehab herself, Lohan is also said to be “worried” about troubled actor Charlie Sheen, as an insider tells that Lindsay “understands the problem of having the wrong people around and wants Charlie to understand that he needs to surround himself with positive, sober people.”
