Heather and Raz have been dating since they filmed comedy Son Of Mourning together. The couple live together in Los Angeles.
Heather previously dated a string of actors including James Woods, Kyle MacLachlan, Heath Ledger and Edward Burns.
She and Raz are enjoying a much-needed break before she gets back to work after finishing production on family film The Flying Machine.
Next month Heather begins filming on Judy Moody And The Not Bummer Summer, based on the popular children’s book series.
