Apparently, Amrita has known Neil Kulkarni, an orthopedic surgeon based in San Francisco, for many months now. She first met him while she was in the city shooting for a movie. It seems Amrita’s aunt introduced the two.
Buzz is that Neil even visited India to meet Amrita some time ago.
